Mais quelle est la dangerosit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle des d\u00e9chets radioactifs\u00a0? Les cons\u00e9quences sanitaires et environnementales persistent encore aujourd&#039;hui, tandis que la zone autour du r\u00e9acteur reste inhabit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">Fukushima (2011)<\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal\">Apr\u00e8s un tremblement de terre et un tsunami, la catastrophe de la centrale nucl\u00e9aire de Fukushima a entra\u00een\u00e9 d&#039;importantes \u00e9missions de radiations, des \u00e9vacuations forc\u00e9es de zones et des programmes de d\u00e9contamination \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">Incident de Goi\u00e2nia (1987)<\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal\">Au Br\u00e9sil, l\u2019abandon d\u2019une source de c\u00e9sium 137 provenant d\u2019un h\u00f4pital abandonn\u00e9 a entra\u00een\u00e9 une grave exposition de la population, avec quatre d\u00e9c\u00e8s et des dizaines de cas d\u2019infection, d\u00e9montrant les dangers d\u2019une mauvaise manipulation m\u00eame de petites quantit\u00e9s de mati\u00e8res radioactives.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">M\u00e9thodes de gestion des d\u00e9chets radioactifs<\/h2>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal\">Pour faire face aux risques, diff\u00e9rentes techniques de gestion ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">Stockage temporaire<\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal\">Les d\u00e9chets hautement radioactifs sont souvent stock\u00e9s temporairement dans des r\u00e9servoirs d&#039;eau sp\u00e9ciaux qui assurent le blindage et le refroidissement.
